As a driver you will be involved in collecting and delivering passengers professionally to their required destinations. As a driver for The Roadrunners Group we can offer you flexible hours, great rates of pay and more importantly the feeling of being part of a team. We can provide you with a vehicle, insurance and a FREE uniform.
There are many options available for drivers at The Roadrunners Group. Unlike many operators we operate a GREEN fleet and as such all vehicles need to fall within that category. The following options are available to you.
1. You can lease a BRAND NEW VEHICLE from us for a weekly charge. By leasing a vehicle you have no worries in relation to the maintenance of the vehicle. With the vehicle comes everything you need to be a RoadRunners driver. The equipment includes a datahead on which you receive all of your work, a radio for continued communications with the office staff, fully comprehensive insurance (including public liability). Full training is provided on the equipment you will utilize in the vehicle.
2. You can purchase a BRAND NEW Skoda Octavia, Seat Alhambra or a Toyota Prius + directly from us. These cars are the most reliable and most commonly used by The Roadrunners Group. Together with their GREEN credentials the return very high MPG rates. Vehicles can be financed by The Roadrunners Group and the monthly payment depends on the amount of deposit you pay up front. In normal circumstances they can be financed over 1, 2 or 3 years. Unlike many facilities offered by car retailers it doesn’t matter how long you choose to finance to the vehicle. THE PAYMENTS ARE THE SAME.
3. You can license your own vehicle with Reigate & Banstead Borough Council but it does have to have GREEN credentials. Given it is your car you will be responsible for the cost of this vehicle. We would require all of the documentation for it including a copy of the license, your Hire and Reward insurance and MOT certificate.

Coupled with our driving opportunities we are continuously looking to recruit staff to work within our operations team, in our administration centre and our fully equipped modern workshop facility.
We require administrative assistants to assist with clerical and accounting duties. This is to ensure our corporate and financial business is kept running smoothly at all times. The job has many variations, it may be creating invoices, credit control or filing information received from drivers. We may well have a vacancy for you.
One of the most crucial jobs within RoadRunners. You would start as a telephonist and you would be responsible for taking bookings via the telephone. As a customer focused company full training will be provided to ensure you can fulfill your role as an important member of the team. Following your training there are further opportunities within the operations team to become a controller. This position not only makes you responsible for your team when on shift but also carries other important responsibilities.
